- Is there a monthly fee or lock-in?
- No. You use GravitalPay with no monthly fee and can close your account whenever you want.
- Which charges carry a fee?
- Electronic charges your business receives: with GravitalPay balance, QR code or payment link. Cash sales at the register carry no fee.
- Are there other charges?
- If a charge uses an external payment method, such as a card or bank transfer, the cost of that method may apply. You always see it before confirming and it appears on the receipt.
- Can I receive electronic charges yet?
- They turn on once we complete regulatory permits and each payment provider's credentials. Until then they don't move real money, and the app shows it on every charge. Cash sales at the register, inventory, catalog and orders already work.
- Can the fee change?
- If it does, we publish the new one with its start date. It never applies to charges already made.
